Russell “Rusty” Downing
Owner
48 Years Experience
Rusty worked for 25 years in the retail lumber industry, including management and sales, prior to starting
RF Downing Homes in 2000. Rusty started RF Downing Homes with a simple goal; to provide his customers
with quality homes at a fair price. He has worked hard over the more than two decades that have passed
since starting the company to live up to that ideal. Rusty’s experience, honesty, and the quality of work he
insists on, set him and RF Downing Homes apart from the competition.
Dean Haight

60 Years Experience
Dean has worked in the residential construction field his entire life including 15 years of retail lumber sales
experience and management. He has an extensive working knowledge of all aspects of construction and
remodeling (framing, finish work, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc). For more than 10 years Dean did all of RF
Downing Homes finish work and became the company’s Project Manager in 2018. Dean retired from finish
work and as Project Manager in 2021 but has stayed with the company doing estimates and quotes.

sets to RF Downing Homes. Josh has general carpentry, construction, finish work, and flooring installation
experience among his many skills. Josh also has years of experience managing job sites and work crews.
Josh is a strong leader and ensures that our projects stay on track and that our high standards for quality
are met. Josh was hired as Project Manager in 2021 and is OSHA 30 and OSHA GHS HAZCOM Certified.

Warranty
We guarantee our work to be free of defects in workmanship
for (1) one year from the date of commencement of use
or the date of notice of completion (whichever one
comes first).
Defects in building materials and appliances are covered
under the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty.
Defects not related to workmanship are not
covered by our warranty.
