We guarantee our work to be free of defects in workmanship for (1) one year from the date of commencement of use or the date of notice of completion (whichever one comes first). Defects in building materials and appliances are covered under the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty. Defects not related to workmanship are not covered by our warranty.
